It's a Beautiful Day
If I am being honest, things in my personal life lately have been pretty stressful. People I love were having major surgery, friends of mine are hurting, my kiddos were sick, and in the last week, 3 women close to me have either had a baby, are actively having a baby, or are trying to save their pregnancy. I don't know how you deal with stress, but even though I am worlds better at it than I once was, I am not great at it. Others' pain and hardship weigh on me as if it were my own. Lately, I have been floundering under the weight, but in the midst of the hardest day, God sent me a smile in the shape of a young boy singing a song. And now I want to share the words with you because I am well aware that as long as we live in this world and not the next, we will have strife and hardship.
