Deadline Has Arrived

Image
Today is the last day to vote for the Cover Art Contest. I can't give away how things are going so far, but I can say that we have a total of 619 votes that have already been cast. The deadline for votes is midnight EST. Things have been a lot quieter this week than last if you do not count the fact that my kiddos have been in VBS all week. They are loving it. My favorite VBS memory was the music and the concerts that we would put on for the parents at the end of the week. I am sure that it was made even more fun by the fact that it was usually my high-energy Grandmother who was running things. The very same STILL high-energy Grandmother that proofreads our magazine! Do you have kiddos in VBS this week? Did you attend VBS as a kid? If so, what was your favorite memory? I hope that your day is lovely and your reading is epic! ~ Amy Lynn McConahy, Clean Fiction Publisher This Week's Community Activity: Write 1,000 Words about a Painting The deadline for submissions is TODAY, Jun

Firstly, I would again like to give a big thank you to those who hung out in the Discord Chat during Monday's Clean Fiction Community Day. It was great being able to chat with Clean Fiction Authors and learn a little bit more about them. Also, I was able to give away all the prizes to happy community members ranging from vinyl stickers, buttons, 3D printed bookmarks, and a paperback of the Spring Edition. If you are mad that you missed it or were interested in some of those prizes, you can check out the Clean Fiction Community Discord Server (our conversation is still there) and the Sunset Valley Creates Etsy Shop (etsy.com/shop/sunsetvalleycreates) We had a great time and it was a lot of fun! In other news, I am hosting an all day takeover of the "Free Christian Books and More Facebook Group" on Friday, June 24th starting at 8am EST if you would like to hang out on Facebook. This will not be a strictly Clean Fiction event and I will spend some time talking about my book
